Our company was established through investment from Lotte Holdings, which operates a variety of businesses including its core business of confectionery and ice cream, as well as the management of a professional baseball team, and Hotel Lotte of Korea, which operates a hotel business globally. In Japan, Lotte is known for its confectionery, "your mouth's lover," but going forward, we will create new value through hotel management and new openings.
The value of travel is changing, and people will increasingly seek out enriching experiences that allow them to discover their true selves. Our goal is to be a hotel that is rooted in the local community and Japanese culture, and is filled with once-in-a-lifetime encounters and serendipity (encounters of unexpected, happy coincidences).
Through our hotel, we aim to deepen our connection with our guests' hearts and, as a "lover of Japanese heart," deliver memorable experiences centered on the sincerity and hospitality that are unique to Japan. To achieve this, we create a well-being environment where each and every staff member can work energetically, and we connect the joy and fulfillment they feel at work to their consideration for our guests.
