A press conference was held to announce the establishment of LOTTE HOTELS JAPAN Co., Ltd.

On September 2025, 9, Lotte Holdings Co., Ltd. hosted a press conference to announce the establishment of LOTTE HOTELS JAPAN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lotte Hotels Japan"). Established through a collaboration between Lotte Holdings of Japan and Hotel Lotte Co., Ltd. of the Lotte Group of Korea, Lotte Hotels Japan will develop hotel businesses within Japan.

The Lotte Group's entry into the hotel business began with the establishment of Hotel Lotte in South Korea in 1973. Since then, it has promoted global expansion, and currently operates a total of 39 hotels and 14,135 guest rooms in seven countries around the world. In Japan, it operates two facilities: Lotte City Hotel Kinshicho (Tokyo) and Lotte Arai Resort (Niigata). Going forward, Lotte Hotels Japan will utilize the hotel management know-how and brand it has cultivated in Japan and South Korea to expand Hotel Lotte's strength of luxury style to the Japanese market, while also actively building partnerships with hotel owners across the country.
