A new company, LOTTE HOTELS JAPAN Co., Ltd., was established on February 2025, 2, through joint investment by Lotte Holdings Co., Ltd. and Hotel Lotte Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the South Korean Lotte Group. Going forward, the company will develop and operate hotels in Japan.
