Since founding Hotel Lotte in Korea in 1973, the Lotte Group has expanded its hotels to over 7 cities in seven countries around the world, including Japan, Vietnam, and the United States. The new company, "LOTTE HOTELS JAPAN," has been established to expand its hotel operations within Japan. We aim to provide our guests with a rich experience and a wonderful time.

LOTTE HOTELS JAPAN will actively promote the expansion of its hotel business in Japan by making the most of the hotel management know-how it has cultivated in both Korea and Japan. In addition, by leveraging the brand and assets of the Lotte Group and combining the strengths of both countries, it will create an unprecedented and attractive stay experience.

HOTEL OPERATIONSHotel management

We currently operate two directly managed hotels in Japan, one in Sumida Ward, Tokyo, and the other in Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture. In addition to flexible operations tailored to regional characteristics and customer needs, we have a system in place to increase profitability through revenue management and marketing initiatives, as well as strategic cost management that leverages our expertise. This management structure allows us to provide high-quality services while generating stable profits, building a foundation for future business expansion in Japan.

We are widely seeking hotel owners to become our new partners.

We will realize the optimal partnership by utilizing the extensive operational experience and know-how we have cultivated in Japan and Korea, as well as our global brand power.
For hotel owners considering opening or renovating a new hotel, we propose optimal plans, from architecture and design to service content. We provide one-stop support, from business planning and brand proposals to building an operational structure.
We are actively promoting hotel development projects in collaboration with businesses and investors aiming to develop real estate and tourism that are rooted in the local community.

We offer a wide range of hotel services depending on the location, size, and investment scheme of the hotel.
We offer a flexible management system.

Direct management method: By directly managing our hotels, we are able to thoroughly control quality and unify our brand, providing a valuable hotel experience that is rooted in the local community.

Management contract method: We conclude management contracts with hotel owners and are responsible for operational management, personnel management, and service quality management. We aim to maximize profits and increase asset value at the same time.

Leasing system: We rent facilities from owners and operate them ourselves. This is a model that emphasizes stable profits and investment recovery for owners.
